It makes total sense Nate knows about this stuff, the two of them are close, and it does ease a little of that strange, unfounded guilt about not somehow knowing Lance has been carrying all this for so long. At the very least he had Nate to share it with. Really good that he doesn't have to dodge around that subject; for as evasive and fake as he's been with people he's slept with in the past, he feels really fucking bad about keeping stuff from Nate.

Aside from, you know, his own emotions and struggles. That's totally irrelevant and you don't have to verify that with anybody else thank you goodnight.
